Saint-Laurent, May 1, 2017. / YULCOM Technologies inc. / The Caisse Desjardins de Saint-Laurent announced that Youmani Jérôme Lankoandé, CEO of YULCOM Technologies, has been appointed Vice-president of the board of the Caisse.
Mr. Lankoandé, who is a member of the board since 2015, will replace Mrs. Suzanne Lalonde, as Vice-president. Mr Lankoande will bring to Caisse Desjardins de Saint-Laurent his broad and deep knowledge of the business community in Montreal. As Vice-president he will support the chairman of the board, Mr. Gilles Deslauriers. The Board of Directors makes decisions, guides, controls, and adopts the business plan and annual budget, oversees their follow-up and decides what corrections must be made to them to improve Caisse performance.
Mr. Lankoandé is Chief Executive Officer of YULCOM Technolognies inc., a Canadian information technology (IT) consulting firm. He is also president of Innovation Quebec, an organization devoted to support the commercialisation of Quebec technological innovations.
